Our recent family vacation to Bursa was made truly exceptional by our stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the sheer comfort of our accommodation. One of the stand-out features for us was the spaciousness of the apart-suite. Traveling with family often means needing extra room to spread out, and Bursa Suites delivered perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and truly feel at home. This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Bursa Suites Apart Hotel is an ideal choice for families seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Bursa adventure and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful city. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at thid hotel 29.12.2023 - 01.01. 2024. The staff is great. They helped in everything. Good location. Check in was very fast!. The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦

Everything. The location is near to the historical and commercial center of the city and Zafer Plaza Mall,. The architecture is old, but the building is very well maintained. The rooms are large, clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need, the interior design it's romantic, the view is fabulous. Everything, the location was central, close to metro and bus links. Most destinations were at walkable distance. Staff were all very helpful and had lovely smiles. There were certain staff manning reception that spoke good English and were really helpful. They went above and beyond making our stay very comfortable and assisting us with all sorts of queries. Fatima was my favourite, she was lovely and made sure our room was spotless and maintained. Overall would definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

We quickly found a hotel, and the location is excellent. The parking was provided by the hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The room was spotless.

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help out wherever they could. Absolutely amazing service at all times 10/10! The location was ideal with easy drive to Uludag Ski centre and a stones throw from a shopping mall across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and airy. Overall very good stay at Le Luxe and will definitely be returning!
