Clean beautiful property overlooking the sea with rooms downstairs from the hangout area The staff are all incredibly attentive and the food was excellent. Khun Tan the cook was able to make everything from western breakfast, Asian style, coffee and more. Every evening meal was delicious and fresh from the markets. Kiki and Sarah the Villa hosts were great at listening, helping organise anything we needed at the Villa, advising on the area, organising massages with Khun Rong and made my husbands birthday special with a delicious cake. All staff smile, are polite and helpful and make you feel so welcome.

It was an amazing stay. The view from the area upstairs was breathtaking, I spent hours just sitting and watching the landscape. The staff was caring for us like we were part of the family. Food was delicious and freshly made on the premisis, I highly recommend the green curry.

Everything was absolutely beautiful from the moment you arrived! Beautiful reception, pool, restaurant and grounds leading to insane rooms with a beautiful view over looking island and koh Pha-ngan. As well as facilities all staff were lovely.

Such a lovely room, so comfortable. The property were so kind after I made an error with my booking, I had booked a day earlier yet they still allowed me to stay with no extra charge even though I was in a more expensive room too!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hendrik and Waran were very welcoming and helpful, also organising a motorbike for us very last minute. It is such a lovely, clean set up in a great location. There’s a beautiful beach at the end of the road. The bungalows are spotless and they have thought about every little detail. The pool is a nice bonus too after a hot day!

Superp value for money. Spotless and modern accommodation. Goid wifi and super comfy bed. Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Hired quality bike through them Location on quieter side of the island but close to lipa noi beach. Would definitely stay here again. Best accommodation on our trip so fat.

Spotlessly clean, beach towels are provided every day, beach access with loungers and umbrellas, staff are very nice , rooms very spacious and quiet Excellent position for sunset Few local restaurants nearby at walking distance , to explore further a scooter is ideal (there are few rentals across the road )

The bungalows are very clean and comfortable. Everything is new and has been thought out really well. It is a very quiet location; a ten minute walk to Lipa Noi beach and plenty of local restaurants. Hendrik, the host is super friendly and helpful. The bungalow was also excellent value for money. It uncluded a small kitchen which is well equiped. The local area, Lipa Noi is quieter than other parts of Samui; it still has an authentic Thai atmosphere. I highly recommend BSK Bungalows. Thank you Hendrik.
