Modern and clean rooms, spotless bedsheets/towels, you can really feel like it is your own room during your time there, there are bedside lamps, utensils/plates/detergent/sponge given by DBstudios. I haven't used the pool but it was cleaned by a pool-man and there was constant water supply to the pool. There is beach access, a very big grocery store where you can find European cheese etc., amazing roadside restaurant (Noo Beer) very close-by.

This was our first stop in Thailand and it was the perfect start. The beach is right outside the hotel. The room is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. The host is always available and will help you with everything you need. She helped us arrange all of our transport and tours.

The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.

Great spot in the heart of Lamai, very convenient to everything! Food market, spas, laundry shops , restaurants — and just a short walk to the beach. The room is a cozy bungalow with a roof terrace. The rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need. We appreciated the two bottles of water left outside my room each morning. The host, Golf, is very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

A nice steam sauna with a cozy cooling down pool next to it. It’s open Wed -Sun. Price has changed to B300 for all customers including non hotel guest. I haven’t tried but they have a swimming pool as well.

We really loved spending our time here. Our host Pascale was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious with good aircon and cleaned daily. A nice peaceful setting, we would highly recommend staying here

I would like to highly recommend the renaissance hotel and concierge service by the JENNIE PROM. She makes our vacatione better than we expected. She recommend the elephant entertaitment and she booked for us the hotel taxi for all day with scasual of the seeseeing everything worth to see and do in Koh Samui. Even that she booked for us the table in the most crould skybar in the Bangkok. The hotel is a perfect place for the relax, food are deliciois and the staff are very helpful.
