Newly built super nice bungalows built under a coconut plantation . Walking distance to the most beautiful sunset beach. Close to town , restaurants, coffee shops etc high quality linen and at last a soft mattress . Nice spacious terrace on each bungalow and huge bathroom with skylight. Breakfast was of high quality served in a very well designed 2 story cafe/coffee shop/ reception etc The resort is family run and we got a very special service from “ IT “ the owners son. I am a pretty demanding guest at times and everything was no problem for these guys to get it sorted. Will defo be back .

Had such an amazing stay here, would highly recommend! Stayed in the AC villa and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also a 8min walk to the closest beach, and a 10-15min walk to Koh Jum village, as well as a short drive to anywhere on the island! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer, the owners are really lovely and the food at their restaurant is delicious!

Beautiful wooden bungalows on a nice private beach. Very friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Taeng and all her staff were very nice and helpful. She organised our transfers from Ao Nang and to Koh Lanta and gave lots of advice about the island. The food was absolutely delicious. Thanks Taeng for everything!

If your definition of paradise is to stay a few feet away from a serene, pristine beach, then this might be the place for you! The owners and the whole staff are lovely, caring and easy-going and will quickly make you feel at home. The food is delicious and the bar on the beach at sunset is probably the best place to be on the island. The bungalows are well equipped and the beds comfortable. We very much enjoyed being able to rent a scooter and a stand up paddle board to explore the island inland and offshore. This place seems to attract respectful tourists looking for calm, which is a major plus! The resort is at a walking distance of other restaurants and cafes, giving options for meals.

Our stay at Velora was absolutely amazing! We were greeted at the pier by the complimentary tuktuk driver who was very friendly and took us to Velora. We were then greeted with a drink by the lovely Heela. She was so kind and provided us with everything we needed including a great lunch recommendation. The oceanview villa was absolutely stunning and very clean! The breakfast in the morning was perfect as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more…except for a longer stay.

We had an amazing time at Happy Home. Room is spacious, bed is so comfy and the bungalow is super clean. I was looking for a quiet area and Happy Home was the best choice, we really enjoyed staying here. You can buy all you need in the little shop at the end of the garden and the lady gave us extra fruit every time she saw us ❤️ hospitality is just outstanding. I will definitely come back here! Great location , right on the beach , island is very quite which is what we wanted but , cute little bungalow we had the older style garden bungalows so you get what you pay for , but it was very clean . Staff were so lovely and friendly , nice little restaurant in site , but if you don’t want to eat there then there are other options

Great location, away from mainstream tourism, yet only a 30 mimute boat trip from Phi Phi or Krabi. Extremely nice and helpful owners and staff. Great long and empty beach, easy and affordable rental of scooters at the hotel, great food and drinks and a very nice garden. All in all a bery strong recommendation!
