The house was lovely and felt just like home. It’s located near a BTS station, which made getting around the city very convenient. Despite being in a great location, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet - perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The house was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. We had the entire two-story house to ourselves, which gave us lots of privacy. It also felt very safe, with the kind and helpful owner living right next door. We were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink, and the owner even treated us to her homemade basil fried rice — it was absolutely delicious! A warm, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Host was amazing and made the place very homely by interacting with the guests, along with the resident cat Suphachok!!! The decor was very cozy with many areas to hang and chat with other travellers. Very interesting to learn that the decor and layout was all designed by the host himself, and demonstrates the hostel host's passion. The location of the hostel is an absolute gem, being near to the pier so you can take a boat quickly to go to places like iconsiam/Wat Arun, or take a local bus mini1 (quite frequent) to Chinatown or the palace area quickly to see the main attractions. Asiatique is also within walking distance. Importantly, behind the hostel on street 85 there is a very local market selling affordable and delicious street food. Overall, a great location for people looking for long or short stays due to its great price and location. Also learned that there are rooms for bigger groups which make it a great choice for group travellers too.

Everything, but mostly value for money. The hotel is nice, modern, and cozy. The staff are just wonderful people, full of energy and intention to provide a meaningful experience. The breakfast is very good, combining local and global food. The neighborhood has good international restaurants and is close to a metro station. For people keen to walk, it is safe to walk from there to the main attractions, but transportation is also very affordable. I won´t think twice about booking this hotel if I go back to the city.
