Hotel is totally aimed at Japanese businessmen and this seems to be their main clientele but were very accommodating to our small family. Exceptionally clean and excellent facilities, probably the highest level of attention to detail inside the rooms and quality of finish I have ever seen inside a hotel in Thailand. The facilities are excellent, the roof top pool is excellent although a little quite. The spa facilities are identical to those Ive used in Japan before which is great to see. However Sauna only open 16:00-22:00 which is fair. Special shout out to staff member TEN for his efforts and hospitality, thank you

The room has poor sound insulation. The elevator should still can be heard in the room even through the stairs. And the staff cleared the opposite room in the early 8 in the morning which made a lot of noise in the corridor.
