Kings Garden a pet friendly resort was charming it had touches of a traditional Thai Village but all the comforts of Home. The main dining area while looking small in the website and booking.com photos was spacious and the food on the menu very good while the staff were super friendly. While Kings Garden are currently building a swimming Pool, we found we didn't really need it. It was quiet and perfect for a relaxing and restorative holiday. The Bathrooms in the Villa look like they may be made of Vinyl but on closer inspection they are made of a quality tiled Sanstone finish and this is understated but attractive.

The location of the resort is ideal for family; it's quiet, has a number of restaurants catering to different cuisines and the best part is that it's only a few hundred metres from the Chaweng beach. Even Coral Cove Beach is about 3.5 km from the resort. We were lucky to get accommodations in one of the 6 rooms (Room No. 107 - 112) which have direct access to the pool - something we had never anticipated.

We had a good experience staying at The Stay. The hotel is compact but convenient at the same time. Staff is really nice and caring, you can see that the hotel is being looked after. Also, it's full of small thoughtful details. The beach next to the hotel might seem small at first but if you walk slightly to the left you can find nice spots where to lay down. In any case, it was a great experience.
