The staff were exceptionally well trained to meet the requirements of the guests. The room was superb, well maintained. When we had minor issue in the toilet, the host personally came to resolve the matter. The staff were one of the best that we encountered across 9 different places in Thailand on our 45 days tour. The location is great but a bit pricey. The beach is just across the hotel. The housekeeping staff was very polite and accommodating. The cafe attached to the premises was also great. We will definitely love to come back to this lovely place.

Was stayin in the solo Room upside in the new house- 1:1 as the pictures show. Calm inside, near to fishermans village, nice and helpfull staff, Wlan fast, clean, perfect sleep, bed was great, lovely interior, Towels at the pool, pool clean, option for free in the morning banana and eggs. Air con was awesome with silent modus, hot shower 100% recommended

Pico Samui is locally run small bungalows. If you’re into large 5* hotels with all the bells and whistles, this place isn’t for you but if you’re into authentic and real this place hits the spot. When driving up to the property I questioned my decision as looks sketchy but the place was amazing and exactly what we’re looking for. Friendly, clean, personalized, on the beach in 30 seconds you’re sitting in paradise. Rooms were clean and tidy, there wasn’t too much hot water so you were showering with like warm but didn’t bother us too much. We are not resort type people and this was perfect, you could walk into fisherman’s village in around 10 mins, close to other hotels to eat (we ate breakfast at karma as we have a fussy 7 year old). Massage ladies on the beach gave me the best massage ever!

The property is very clean. Staff is really nice and always available. The decoration in the room is so beautiful. The bed is confortable. Very good location near from the market and the beach. Great restaurants around. The property is located in a very quiet area so you can relax and sleep well. I really recommend this cheap place of quality. You can also rent a motorbike directly with them that is really convenient. Thank you for everything.
