We felt at home! Marlene and David along with Jean Luc are super host! They arranged also a car rental at a good price and helped us making the most of our time in Mahe. We found a lot of fresh local fruit in the fridge! Marlene was way too kind to let us have a a shower before our flight even after the check out time. Thank you for everything!

Chez Coco easily exceeded our expectations; I do not think the photos do it justice. We had the upstairs flat, which takes up the whole top floor of their current building (they are in the process of adding a second). It is spacious, airy, sunny, and very well appointed. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and felt warmly welcomed by our hosts. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook for yourselves during your stay - which is recommended to do, unless you have a car and plan to drive for meals. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but we were happy to have the kitchen so we could walk to the corner market and cook for ourselves.

The property is perfectly located for exploring the island, north or south, even though it is not near to the beach- so depending on people's preferences. The view is really nice- it is more comfortable if you have a car since the hills are steep, what could be a walk ends up as a hike otherwise :) Considering the value it has everything you need and more! And even if you are missing something the owners are lovely people so they will surely help you out! 2 friendly small dogs and 2 cats are a nice addition for all the animal lovers! Also great garden with fresh fruits! Sadly there was not enough time to try Jimmy- the owner's dinner, next time! The lady owner Maya is also a great animal lover she is taking care of - feeding the abandoned cats, so we thought it would be nice to help her out with a package or two of cat food since she is such a lovely soul!
