New, clean and great apartments, nothing to complain about, even perfect safe coconut free parking☺️)) All photos are absolutely true. The apartments have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and in all rooms. Christina is very friendly and hospitable. She was always ready to help in anything, and surprised us with pleasant surprises. We experience different parts of the island, and this part of the island is the best to live in. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Georgette beach is 5 minutes by car, Lazio is a little longer. A couple of large and very cute Seychelles tortoises live in the backyard of the apartments, they love broccoli😋)) We enjoyed everything and will be happy to stay here next time as well. Clean, comfortable. Marionette the owner is very accommodating. Many thanks to Ganga and her husband for taking care of us. The beach is great. The supermarket and the bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. This is the second time we have been here and we would love to come back. For me, Paslin is the best island of Seychelles

I'll start with the details, I'll end with what really impressed me. The location is very well positioned, just a 4-minute walk from the famous Cote D'Or beach. The cleanliness in the apartment is at the highest level. Also the linen and towels. Here you can see the involvement of the staff, but especially the care of the administrator. And, yes, now let's talk about the property manager. Attention, about the accommodation manager! I don't want to talk about the owner. Elke, accommodation manager, is a person I have rarely met in my travels, which have not been few. I can describe Elke as a super professional host in tourism, but above all as a very pleasant person. From the first meeting until departure, Elke made sure that we didn't miss anything and made us feel special. She treated us as if we had been friends for life. But that's not all. Elke had a key helper to make our stay unforgettable: her daughter, but especially her son, little Michael, who is such a well-behaved, friendly and generous child that I even said goodbye to him with tears in my eyes. A wonderful child! In conclusion, I have only words of praise for the apartment we stayed in, but I have special thanks for Elke, she was the one who made us feel superlative!

We stayed in a brand-new, spacious, bright apartment beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the large living area was perfectly ventilated. Jaleen and Rocky are exceptional hosts: kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect just a 10-minute walk to one of Praslin’s most stunning beaches, and very convenient if you have a rental car to explore the island. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality!

Thank you to Vincent, his father, and his wife. They were very welcoming. The room is very spacious, so you can relax even if you stay with family or friends. The View from the room is also great. I was worried about mosquitoes, but it was perfectly fine even if I opened the windows at night. Not a single one. Dinner is an additional charge but be sure to request it in advance. I ate some very delicious Creole food. Vincent's father seems to be a very famous plant grower. He will be able to tell you a lot about Seychelles plants. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It was clean, well-run, luxurious and the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is located right on the longest beach in Praslin and offered free use of kayaks, SUPs and snorkeling gear. The included buffet dinners were great!

Location was perfect, the beach is amazing. The apartment was very nice and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. For us, a car was essential to be able to go out for dinner in the evenings and see other parts of the island throughout the day.

We had high expectations based on previous reviews and photos, and our stay exceeded them! Sunrises and sunsets were incredible from the common deck space. We loved the location, it was out of the way from touristy areas and very peaceful and quiet, with easy access to Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. The host and staff were all lovely and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped.

It is best place on Seychelles. We travelled along many islands but never met the better beach and location. The staff is very friendly, the garden around is marvellous. 50 meters near the beach.

The location is superb, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Audrey family are the kindest hosts I've ever met, always attentive to details and the comfort of their guests. The accommodation is dreamy and offers all the amenities. An extraordinary experience that I wholeheartedly recommend and guarantee is worth every penny. THIS IS PARADISE
