Superb location with a terrace overlooking the bay where we would see distant dolphins. HIghly recommend for families as the property is comfortable and has the extras you need like washing machine, larger drying rack, lots of pegs, extra quilts etc.! coffee machine. We had wetsuits so the drying room downstairs was perfect. The village itself has a lovely little harbour, superb free swimming pool (sea water) with great little burger bar, kids loved it. Within very easy reach of the main whale watching town Lajes. Walter the host was a very kind and attentive host who showed us down to the pool on arrival. Pico and this property have been wonderful !

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Santo Amaro. Everything was perfect. Perfect view. Perfect location to explore the island by car. And perfect owners. The owner saved our trip. We had a situation where we were unable to purchase ferry tickets and the owner helped us. Thank you Augusto!
