Everything about Residencia Julio was what we wanted for our stay, which was making up the last 3 days of a week long trip across the Algarve. The room was comfortable, and clean, plenty of space for 2 people to store their things and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies! The shower was lovely and powerful, perfect for after the long days at the beach and in the sea. The location was also perfect, being within 10 minutes walking distance of local amenities, but enough out of it to be so peaceful and quiet, and also plenty of parking - some with shade so our rental car was never hot to get into! The staff were warm and friendly, the cleaning staff were lovely and specifically Dora was so helpful when we checked in, providing a map and information on the area. The gardens around the property were beautiful and serene, a really nice place to sit after a long day. We caught the Solandra Maxima flower blooming too, which we were so pleased about! There was also a handy kitchen area and washing line to hang larger items to dry. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

I cannot thank Isabel enough for all of her help. When I booked the apartment she messaged me to ask was I aware that bathroom was seperate. I wanted a private bathroom. She sorted this for me immediatly. On early arrival after a long day hiking she let me check in early. Isabel went over and beyound to help. The apartment was perfect for me and had a swimming pool. Supermarket Spar was about 15 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat with english menues. Apartment 500ft to beach and about 750 to another beach. The beach furthur away at 750 is surrounded by restaurants and tourist information office. Once again thank you Isabel for making my stay so plesant😀

Great location. Spacious . Very well equipped kitchen. The patio at the back was perfect for drying off the beach towels. Terrace at the front ideal for a late afternoon beer!

My second time to stay here. Good location. Spotlessly clean & spacious rooms. Free tea & coffee & snacks. Friendly staff. Good stop off having completed the Eurovélo route. Good value.

Small development of 10 villas, quiet location, short walk to the main street of Sagres and beaches. Lovely villa, very clean and comfortable, pool was great. Communication with the host was excellent and a special mention to Maria, the local contact who was brilliant, answered any questions we had very quickly.

Very friendly staff! The apartment is very clean and spacious. The equipment is a little dated (as the description shows), but this also has a special charm. Beautiful view from the balcony and very good location, close to everything. We had a small complication with the rent-a-car and had to extend our accommodation, but they let us leave our luggage in the room after check out and we waited by the pool. Great experience!

The guest house is lovely, set up so well and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony area is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay, if we hadn’t booked ongoing accommodation in advance, would have defiantly booked more nights. Beaches, marina and sites, close by to explore. Good location, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

Apartment was in a great location, no street noise yet walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants and shops and a very short drive to many beaches.(although you could probably walk to a few) It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for all self catering needs. Beds were comfy and shower large with lots of power. We were on a surf trip so didn’t use the pool, however it looked well maintained with amble sun beds. Parking just outside the front.
