Everything, firstly communication, Soraia was in contact a few days before our trip and was so helpful. Making sure everything was in order, even offered a pickup from the airport. She left us water and goodies, and I could not ask for more. The apartment was everything we needed, perfectly clean, comfortable, and with Soraia s help, very easy to get to. If you want to be near the airport, look no further - book this spacious apartment, you ll be very impressed.

We landed in Madeira late at night and the hosts (Maurice and a colleague), very kindly, offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us to the wonderful apartment located in Agua de Pena. I must say that we travel a lot in the world and we have never encountered such a high level of guest service. The hosts were available to us for everything and answered every question with great professionalism. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything (nothing was spared from us) and perfectly decorated. You feel like they put a lot of thought into every detail, with all sorts of surprising kits in the shower room, from tubes of sunscreen and decorative blankets for a picnic or the beach, to the kitchen that was equipped with everything (not just dishes but also food products). There is no doubt that the experience and service are the strengths of the apartment, and i hope we can return to stay soon.

We came 2 hours later because of delayed flight and Zélia left keys in box locker for us and on the table in the kitchen she left for us sweet welcoming- typical product of Madeira (Bolo do mel) and one bottle of wine. It was very nice of her. She also gave us some advices if we are hungry that late, so she was taking care of us like our mum. The apartment was looking amazing, eveything was perfectly clean and new, it was smelling amazing all around and also the kitchen was fully equipped. In the bathroom was also hairdryer and washing machine! The apartment has touch and feel of real home. The owner was responding to our messages very quickly. She gave us many advices what to visit and where to eat in Madeira. Also when we were supposed to check-out at 9 a.m., she was patient and she gave us 30 minutes more to finish our breakfast smoothly and leave the place. She is very kind and friendly person and I am very glad that we met her.

There was a lot of space! Very clean. We even had a personal small garden. Awesome and caring owner. He was very helpful. There was everything could be in the bathroom. Even more than needed. There was a washing machine. The kitchen was well-equipped as well. The location was awesome. The supermarket was very close. Even the dishwasher was there. It was very useful to find all the info printed about the city, busses and sightseeings from the owner

The location was perfect for our needs and allowed us easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable with beautiful decor. The staff were excellent in making sure we were informed during our stay regarding our rooms and traffic detours due to an event in Funchal.

Fátima was an exceptional hostess : the sweetest and most helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and we had all the equipment we needed : clean towels, additional blankets, handsoap, available wardrobe,… The room had an amazing view on the town and access to a very cute garden. We had access to a very well organized and equipped kitchen, along with a laundry room. I would recommend this location 100% : the hostess was very responsive and always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay !

Great location! Beach, cafes and grocery stores just a few steps away. The house was very clean! The house had everything you needed, and you could contact the owners with any request.❤️

Good location, very close to the airport, nice host, equipped well, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Quite area. View from the windows is beautiful. There are a few rooms in the flat, you can sit outside on the chairs but there is no a table.

Very nice and comfortable apartment! Ideal location with a wonderful view of Machico! The accommodation has a beautiful terrace with seating and sea view. Complete privacy and silence. Plenty of parking space. Ideal base for exploring the beauty of Madeira by car. Has everything you need for a great self catering holiday.

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. For a couple, it was spacious, with a kitchen, bathroom and living room, in addition to a living room and an outdoor area. The location was good for us, close to the exit from the highway but within walking distance of the town for supermarkets (10 min walk) and restaurants (15 min walk).
