Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine. The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples. The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature. Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

Apartments were very clean, every cutlery and dishes, every piece of furniture, cleaning service is very good. Kitchen, bathroom were fully equipped with all that you need to cook and clean yourself, also there was closet with stuff for room cleaning if you need it. Kitchen: microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, big space for cooking and preparing dishes, all types of knives etc., washing machine. Very good and fresh renovation, smart TV, great bedroom and perfect hotel quality mattress. After around 5 days of our arriving owner offered free cleaning service, I refused but he insisted on at least towel and bed sheets changing, when we came back cleaning service still cleaned every single piece of furniture and room :) also organised our stuff like shoes fruits and cleaned trash cans. It was surprising! Never seen such a service in an apartments!

Everything about this apartment (no.10) was exceptional.. the cleanliness, the layout, the facilities, not to mention the spectacular view from the balcony. It was a leisurely stroll down to Funchal (max. 30 minutes walk) and to take a “Bolt” back up was €2.50. I would suggest taking a “Bolt” to and from the airport. It’s much cheaper and very reliable. I will be back to Funchal and I will absolutely stay here again

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, everything works as it should and Ideal location. Only met Teresa briefly but she is a lovely person and responds to any questions quickly. Couldn't imagine a better place to stay really.

Fabulous location, lots of restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Beautiful gardens and a very clean pool. You cross a bridge to the sister hotel and get a lift down to sea level. Excellent value for money.

Great little place, doesn’t have a vibe of a hostel so great for people who are on a budget but not so social, two owners are really nice and helpful, they keep the place very clean. Location is very central, few mins walk to everything you need. Great showers. Wifi was fine for working but did sometimes cut of for a minute (209.1 Mbps download, 10.9 Mbps upload), the annoying thing was that every floor has a different wifi network. I had unlimited data but there was barely any signal on the patio to be able to use it.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, and its location was ideal - a calm oasis in the centre of the downtown area of Funchal, yet very close to all amenities and many restaurants.

Central location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Amazonia car park less than a 5mins walk away which was very affordable for overnight parking. Big room with very comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Friendly reception staff.
