Spacious and VERY comfortable room with sea view terrace,everything you could wish for. Lovely hotel,great staff. Nice people. What a wonderful experience staying at Chalet Ficalho. We were welcomed by Maria and her daughter and immediately felt at home. The Chalet is beautiful with all the facilities one could wish for to escape on holiday but be close to the beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this stunning venue.

I didn’t really have any expectations, It was available for when i needed it, within my budget & it looked close to everywhere on the map. The reality was it’s a short walk to the sea front & from there it’s a lovely stroll into the town. There’s a huge supermarket down the road on the way into town, which is next to the bus station where you can easily catch the bus to Sintra. I walked up along the coast a few times & then caught the bus back into Cascais, perfect. The room was adequate, clean & nice quality. I was dubious about sharing a bathroom but it wasn’t a problem at all. The bathroom was big, clean, functional & nice quality. Breakfast buffet was great & just what i needed along with tea, coffee & possibly cake being available throughout the day also. I would definitely stay again!
