We had a wonderful stay. The facilities are well thought out and practical – we didn’t miss anything. - Since the Azores are quite humid and wet, it was particularly convenient that there were plenty of towels available and also a washing mashine and a dryer. - Kitchen was nice, with two induction cooktops and all the essentials. - Parking spaces right in front of the cabin, which made arriving and leaving very easy. - Check-in and check-out were also completely hassle-free. - The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, and it’s immediately clear that she genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. We felt right at home.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is amazing. It is operated by a wonderful couple who try to renovate a beautiful estate which is like a mini Downton Abbey. Visit them it is a beautiful place wonderful building and garden and every little detail has been taken care of

It’s an old property with history, from 1888. It’s a part of Rural Accomodation Association, so you get real experience. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful people, whatever you need they will try their best. House was great! If you like original furntiture and design, this is the place. But it’s still modern - you have fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. and warm water in the shower doesn’t end. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is in a beautiful pool area with everything you need for breakfast - stuff for sandwiches, local cheese and butter, bacon, cereal and fresh pressed juice. Pool area has a lot of beach chairs and there’s huge bathroom with showers to take a bath after swim (and also there are outside showers). There’s also a terrace from which you can see even better the ocean. On the property there’s also a vineyard and you can taste the wine if you are at a good time. It’s also nicely located to explore whole island and there was no problem to park outside the house.

The standard villa was great. You will have enough place in your apartment with... - a great bed - a cooking place and a fridge - a patio with cozy sunbeds - a very spatious bathroom with lots of storage space The people at the reception were very focused on helping you and making your stay great. You will need 3-5 minutes by car to get to the city center. So if you expect to be in the middle of everything, this is not your place :-)

We had a wonderful stay. It’s an old property with history, from 1888. It’s a part of Rural Accomodation Association, so you get real experience. It’s also nicely located to explore whole island and there was no problem to park outside the house.

The standard villa was great. We loved this place! Great location, stunning views, nice pool, the house was well equipped. It had a Nespresso coffee machine, salt, oil, sugar. Nice owner, no problem for a late check in (I read somewhere that it was €15 extra for late check in but we were not charged). They left us a basket of local foods and drinks to try which was amazing. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend & repeat!

The hotel in general is great, big parking lot, good location (around 15 min away from the city by car), breakfast was nice, and the staff is lovely. The pool was nice but often full with people using the chairs. The Spa is ok, a hot water pool and a gym. I love the cats walking around, it really made my stay.

Beautiful architectural house design in an quiet location with great views and private outdoor area. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We did not meet the staff but they made sure thata we had everything we needed and provided us with a nice basket of groceries when we arrived late from the airport.

Beatrice is lovely host and her accommodation is excellent. Beautiful garden, very good breakfast (every day something different), very clean and big soundproof room (my ears are sensitive but didn't hear noise from another rooms) Location is perfect! I can highly recommend this accommodation!!! (And it's quite rare from me :-D )

This stay was most probably the best I've ever had! Excellent and peaceful location, very clean and spacious room, too many options when it comes to breakfast. Furthermore, staff was super helpful, especially Beatriz. She was always and immediately responding to all our questions and favors! If I ever go back to this place, will definitely choose the same stay!
