I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. It is very clean and perfectly equipped apartment near Terminal 3 Manila Airport, you can use the bridge and go by walk from Terminal 3. Be prepared to contact the owner (whatsapp, booking, phone call) so that they wait for you at the reception. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this historical Spanish Guesthouse!!. The stuff was incredible and made us feel at home. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated such as antiques and that made for a relaxing gateway. The rates were very reasonable for such a unique experience. The location was ideal at first i didn't know that there is a hotel inside of a yellow gate. and when i see the guesthouse i wanna gatekeep it to others HAHAHAHA I love our vacation here.
