The breakfast is very good! The family is very accommodating. They helped us a lot in finding our ways to different places. From the airport all the way to the known places of Bohol we were so amazed by the hospitality of the driver and the host. It was really a great vacation for my family! The location is absolutely breathtaking and super value for money. Its a great break from the beach scene and felt like something out of Robinson Crusoe ☺️. You will realize why it’s called nuts hits when you see the view as our first reaction was “this is nuts”! We loved sleeping to the sounds of the jungle and when the natural sounds were gone we loved the music playing in the restaurant (super playlist). Food at the restaurant is also surprisingly good for the Philippines. Best times to be there are in the morning or evening - between around 10:00 and 17:00 there are many tourist boats passing playing cheesy loud music. That’s the only downside but if like us you use the nuts huts as a base to explore the island it’s perfect. NB no hot water (totally fine in the heat) and stairs that will make you realize how unfit you actually are 😄 but it’s totally worth it!
