All good ... Spotles clean everything , friendly host , comfortable ...and quite ( after that noisy Backpacker in Papeete ) Well only 2 in Dorm .... that helps too ...some traveller's can be a pain in the neck.. Rode the bike ,paddled along the beach and the famous wave.. Thank you And , Tourist info office does not seem to know ..there are direct busses from and to Papeete.. Thank you Guenther

Great location close to the Teahupoo wave. Every day fresh coconut juice was available cross the street.Magnificent views to the mountains from the balcony. Very helpfull and friendly landlord giving us fantastic tips for discovering the island and much more!!!!

Teahupo’o Lodge was fantastic! In a great location, easy check in/out, Teiva was super responsive and helpful, the locals were friendly and helpful, and the facilities like the kayaks and SUPs, as well as the air conditioning, washing machine and small kitchen, made it a very fun and comfortable stay equipped with everything you would need (even if we didn’t get to surf the wave due to poor conditions).

all good, location is remote but we knew it. parking is no problem. free kayaks and teahuoopo taxi boat nearby (about 25 euro per pax/hour).

First day in Tahiti. Woke up to a beautiful view of the bay with a rainbow and whales in the bay. Fast internet, hot water, lovely kitchen and most of all the friendliest most accommodating hosts you can imagine. Great Vibes! Couldn't ask for more.

Everything about my stay was perfect – by far my best experience on the island! Frank and Yenita are incredible hosts, and the location is unbeatable: sea views from every corner of the property surrounded by lush jungle. The hostel has such a peaceful atmosphere — calm, relaxing, and ideal if you want to disconnect and recharge. On top of that, there are friendly dogs and cats to pet, which makes it feel even more like home! The place is well-furnished, with a spacious kitchen to cook and an overall great vibe. I 100% recommend it and will definitely come back :) (That said, if you don’t appreciate community living, cleanliness, and calm, this may not be the place for you.)

I cannot possibly say enough good things about our stay in Manu’s wonderful house. It has a beautiful and calming view from the hill it sits on across the ocean and the breathtaking Tahitian scenery. It has everything you need to just relax and let yourself exist, but is also a great base to launch your explorations from. That alone would be enough, but there’s even more. Manu, the host of this wonderful house was, what made our stay unforgettable though. He shared his stories and knowledge about his Island, customs, and culture with us and most of all his passion for everything. It was truly incredible and will stay with us as a memory wherever we go.
