I had the most wonderful time with Raul and his family. The Cabin has everything you need and is extremely comfortable with awesome views from both your patio and bed. It's one of my favorite places, arguably my favorite place I've stayed while traveling the world. Very unique experience. Raul and family are happy to show and share every day life living on the islands. Food is simple but excellent. Raul goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and brings a big thermos daily for tea and coffee. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I liked literally everything. The place is made with such love and attention for the details that it impresses. I have to say that the pictures of the room with big white bed are worse then what it is in reality. You have full glass wall right to the lake with no obstacles. Also everything is so clean as if no human was there before. There is a proper hot water but the pressure is not strong enough to wash out soap out of the long hair but not the big deal as long as there is a warm shower. We were given a million blankets (I counted it was 7) not to get cold at night and there was also a gaz heater that we could use for a bit. The cherry on top of the cake was that before the night time Wilson brought us two warmers filled with hot and it was an amazingly sweet gesture. Also Wilson out us prior check in to the excursion to the big island to see how local people live and it so much worth it. It was so educational interesting and with awesome lunch with fresh fish and quinoa ect. Wilson’s family also cooked for us and you have to let them know in advance if you are picky with something. But on the day of departure they made a fish for us with some side dishes. Wilson picks you up with the boat at the port and takes you back. And can also assist with the taxi from and to the port. It was around 20 soles one way. Wilson gave us a private excursion and explained about the life on the island and we got the chance to see how families live there . There were no other tourists there at that time of a day, so felt very special and educational. I loved it. We also were given kayak free of charge to wonder around . I checked with kayak some other villas in the area and nothing was as nice as how Wilson did it. They kept an authentic experience with lux touch. They also have a dog that will be happy to see you every time and cats and there were even kittens.

This was by far one of the best (if not the best) places we have been to. Everything was perfect - location, accommodation, food, service and most of all the hosts! Such a lovely family who made our stay exceptional, giving us a boat tour of the area, telling us the history of the islands and how its all made. We really regret not staying longer as it was such a great experience. We can highly recommend staying here with this wonderful host family, thank you so much for everything!

Once in a lifetime experience! Leonardo, Lina and their children welcomed us into their home and showed us how they live. They arranged all transport for us and we had a great communication via WhatsApp. They showed us around the islands, made us delicious breakfast and dinner, explained about their community and answered all our curious questions. The houses are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the view is truly spectacular. Thank you once again for the hospitality, it was great meeting you!

Very well organized. We arrived rather late and departed early which was not a problem. Manuel organized all the transportation from and to the bus terminal for us. He also showed as around by boat and brought us to Puno and back to the island anytime we wished to. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a great view of the lake. Manuel always responded quickly to our messages. He always available and very friendly.

The location is perfect; we had a room with a balcony and we loved to look down on Plaza de Armas. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We would stay here again.

Traditional hotel in perfect central location. Very clean and well maintained. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main square and cathedral. Breakfast was one of the best we have had during our travels in Sth America, with a generous variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanni is an excellent host, he can arrange tours that are cheaper than the agencies, very clean dorm, good wi-fi, cheap laundry, my dorm had a kitchen, safe and secure, close to centre. I'd stay again.

The staff were friendly, they were very helpful providing taxis and tours for reasonable prices. The location is ideal, right near the main square. The breakfast area has lovely views over the city and the lake. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The low cost made it decent value for money.

Excellent location, steps from the main square. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast was tasty, with options of fruit, cereal, yogurt, ham and cheese, juice, hot beverages, bread and more.

Not a bad location - just 12mins walk from the bus terminal and also from the Plaza Mayor. The owner is really nice, she let me keep my bags in the hostel while I did the 2 day tour to the islands plus have a shower before I left. The hostel is very simple but absolutely fantastic value for money, my rate was actually a mistake (too cheap!) on booking but the owner respected it and charged me what I had booked. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have hot water. It was easy to extend for a second night.

We stayed at this lovely hotel twice during our trip to Puno. The room was very spacious, with a small living room and a large bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. The location is very convenient being close to the main square where the restaurants and shops are. They helped us book a transfer to the nearby airport and were always very friendly. Thank you all for your help and smiles.

Very clean, central location close to all the restaurants, staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in at 5am after our night bus which was amazing, and it's great value for money considering how cheap it was.
