I had an incredible, relaxing stay at Tiki Lodge. I loved all the little touches from the tropical surf-inspired decor to the organic hand soap in the bathrooms (presented with a dehydrated orange peel). It was such an honour to be one of the first guests here (the place is spotless). My bed, the soft blue blanket, and all four pillows were super comfortable and the room has air conditioning and a fan. There is a pool (which changes lights at night) and you’re surrounded by palm trees with an all round zen feeling. Solo female travelers will appreciate that it’s on the main street just minutes walking from the beach and all the tour operators that organise trips to Coiba (they can also help you arrange tours). Breakfast is included and yummy with three available choices. This was one of those rare places that felt like home. Thank you so much everyone. I know where I’ll be staying whenever I next find myself in Santa Catalina.

The spot is premium, right on top of the beach with a magnificant view. The owners are very very kind and helpful. You can take surf lessons, rent surf boards, get smoothies and they can arrange trips and transfers if available. The rooms and facilities are kept simple but theyre absolute fine like warm water shower, outdoor kitchen under a roof and refridgerator. Beside your room and toilets, everything is pretty much outdoor like a big garden. We loved it! Not crowded and enough things to do and to hang out around. One of the best places we've ever been! Cheers

This is a great home feeling place to stay in Santa Catalina. Only 3 rooms what makes it very familiar and not a big problem to share the toilet and the shower. The kitchen is very helpful to cook easy meals instead of going to restaurants. The view is amazing and you are surrounded by nature! Many local restaurants and mini markets around on a walking distance. We had a car but never needed to use it during our 3 days in Santa Catalina.

Decent kitchen, the outdoor area was nice, location was perfect for the bus and nice and quiet at night. They did a laundry service that was 7.50 for a full load which worked out to be really cheap if you found people to share with. I stayed in the private hut for one night and that was really cute and comfy.

Good vibe, very social. Location is good - right across a fruteria and supermarket, 5 minutes to the close beach and about 20 minutes to the surfing beach. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of refrigeration space. The hostel offers shuttles and fairly cheap tours to Coiba

Top location right on the beach. If your budget allows, we recommend staying in the separate house overlooking the bay. It has the best view not only in the hostel but arguably, the whole of Santa Catalina. It also boasts air-co, two large beds and is super quiet. The guys running the place are very helpful and charming.

Incredible location, we loved sitting in the hammocks and watching the sunset. No better view in Santa Catalina. Great aircon in the rooms and very clean with towels provided. Great access to town and the beach. Kitchen was basic but functional and worked well. The host was so helpful and friendly, we loved meeting the pets and we used the laundry service which was speedy.

Nice hostel with good vibes in a really beautiful location. You live in the jungle right next to the beach. The best thing is, that you have a private entrance to the beach. The well equiped kitchen was always very, very clean!

AC was great, staff were friendly and location was ideal! 30 seconds from the best surf breaks in S.Catalina. Food is pretty good too, tasty for cheap prices!

The location is unbeatable: very close from Santa Catalina main street (use the handy shortcut by the beach), and has amazing shared facilities, such as the pool and the nice bar and patio area. The budget twin room is literally just a tiny room with two beds, full stop, but it's a great deal because you will still have access to all the amazing share facilities. Staff is nice and helpful.
