A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The owners are super friendly, very helpful and always available. We saw turtles on the beach, which is literally 15 meters from our door. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Upon entering the lobby, I was impressed by the stylish furnishings, cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was also comfortable and very clean.The bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel may seem simple and basic, it is very clean and well-equipped. Our sea view room was big, comfortable, had a balcony. Breakfast was delicious, staff were very friendly. Location is good too, 5 minutes drive from the lighthouse and directly next to a restaurant (which we would also highly recommend - big portions, delicious!). Overall, if you're coming to Sur for a visit, Al Ayjah Plaza is excellent.

Great and awesome staff. Very helpful and polite, loved interacting with them. Room was everything what we needed. If you need breakfast, the cafe below has everything and Muhammad from the cafe is awesome. The only thing you need to take into consideration is the location as you need a car to get anywhere in Sur. It's located on the main road and the only thing you can do in the neighborhood is buy a car since it's surrounded by the car dealers :D But other than that, it's really a great place to stay.

The hotel is convenient. The room was absolutely amazing, too big, clean, comfortable and with a balcony. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. They upgraded us to a high category room for free. The hotel's location is ideal for a stopover while traveling through this beautiful country.

Overall, the hotel location is perfect “central city”. The ambiance is very welcoming. As for the room it was very clean and cozy which I liked it the most. As for the price, it is very affordable and within my budget limit. I wanted to add one last thing, the staff are very humble and supportive.
