We came here without much expectation, but staying in this brand new tiny home surrounded by gardens and fruit trees provided a private, beautiful and peaceful place for our perfect getaway. We were greeted by the lovely hosts and when we checked-in into the tiny home there were fresh cherry tomatoes, blueberries, feijoas and figs (all produced from their gardens) waiting for us! The interior was also modern, new, clean, and perfect for two. Everything was BRAND NEW! We could see the ocean from the tiny house. The owners, were so kind and helpful and ensured they kept work on the lifestyle away from the tiny house while we were there. They were kind enough to give us some of their amazing home-grown fruits upon check-out. This place is highly recommended and we'd stay here again for sure!

Beautiful property and what a stunning location, absolute gem and will return very soon as me and my partner loved everything about it. Clean, had everything you need and the views…. Wow ! Best of all were the hosts Vicki and Clint…. Salt of the earth people who went way above and beyond with us, they made our stay that little bit better than anywhere I’ve stayed. Friendly, welcoming and we even shared a drink together whilst chatting all things life. I’d urge anyone wanting a get away in Matakana and surrounding areas to book this place. Also they have the best little bunch of pugs and a stunning boxer that were so friendly and lovable
