Jarene's property is immaculate, comfortable and peaceful . We had a clear view of Mt. Taranaki. The property is in short driving distance to Mt. Taranaki Visitor centre and also to start of York Road entrance to the national park and other amenities. There were really nice touches in our whole stay. Jarene and Shaun are great hosts , very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

Amazing views of Mt Taranaki. Beautiful cottage with a lot of attention to detail and fully equipped kitchen with things like a Nespresso coffee machine (incl the capsules and milk), nutri bullet for smoothies, air fryer, sandwich maker etc.. a fantastic Weber BBQ on the deck and finally really comfy beds! Plus Therese left us a basket full of toys for the kids. We didn’t want to leave!

One of the best accommodations we've had. A little old-fashioned, but decorated with lots of love and heart. Very clean, tidy and lots of space. The owner is also very friendly and up for a little talk. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, lovely hosts, and a perfect space for the two of us staying for the 4 nights over the time of Stratford A&P show. We loved our stay, had everything we needed and would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in NZ again!!

Such a special and beautiful place. I don't think you will get any better location in the whole of Taranaki (unless you like staying in the middle of the city). The view of Mount Taranaki and the surrounding hills were breathtaking. The house is completely new and has all the smooth, nice commodities of a modern luxury house. Would love to come back there again one day!
