A large, beautiful, spacious and house with everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy living room with fireplace, large bedrooms with soft beds, kitchen with all the necessary facilities, plenty of dishes, and an excellent espresso machine, bathroom with small sauna and shower with good hot water pressure. I fell in love with this place at first sight. The house is very clean and has many beautiful details and objects. And the host, Sarah, is amazing, very kind, helpful.

Key pick up is a breeze- very informative txt message from the owner. Accomodation immaculate, super comfortable & the full kitchen makes staying away much more cost efficient as you can prepare meals rather than buying out. Could easily have stayed for two weeks rather than the 3 days we booked. Everything about this accommodation was exceptional, as were the hosts Warwick & Sarah. Just couldn't fault it. (accessing the microwave was the exception). Fresh, large, new, (completed Oct 24), spacious, in a farm setting. Facilities & appliances left nothing to be desired. Would suit people who are happy with a quiet, rural setting.

This was the nicest appartment we had during our 6 weeks on the North Island. Miranda and Nick are superb hosts with their refreshing British humour and great hospitality. They invited us for a glas of wine on the patio and we learned quite a few things about New Zealand and got suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment has all we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a barbecue near the pool. We took some fresh thyme and rosemary from the garden. A full breakfast was in the fridge: fresh fruit, bread and butter, yoghurt, marmalade, orange juice and eggs. Wish we knew before how nice this place is, we would spent more than only two nights there. Thanks, Miranda and Nick!

Comfortable, spotless, good location & wonderful hosts. Cathy’s suggestion to stop at Greytown & avoiding Masterton was appreciated. Loved walking around this pretty little town. Wished I’d stayed at Camcott an extra night instead of doing 2 in Wellington.
