It was a pleasure fo spend time at this place. Dolphine and her husvand are incredible hists. They help you on any topic and provide such a nice and warming atmosphere. The property and the house are just beautiful everything is so clean and looks fantastic. You will enjoy your stay there from the first second you arrive until the last minutes when you have to leave. We would highly recommend this place as it was the best experience in New zeeland!!! The rooms are so pretty and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is outstanding with nice fresh homegrown vegetables and fruits. The outsight is a paradise for children with the fireplace, the spa and the tennis court and not to forget the chickens.

We really enjoyed our short stay. Being just a couple of minutes walk from the Stone Store makes it a great location with easy access to the bush walks and waterfalls. Nice to be able to park the car off the road and the studio itself is very quiet and peaceful looking out onto well maintained gardens. The studio is cosy with TV, bench space, toaster, kettle, microwave and utensils. A couple of comfy chairs and a single bed. The main bedroom is spacious with a modern bright and clean ensuite shower, basin and toilet. The hosts are adjacent and are super friendly and engaging, more than happy to help and make sure that you are comfortable. We were initially drawn by the reasonable price and were unsure what you expect, but this place exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was newly renovated, very comfortable beds, really well appointed, clean, had extras like handee towels, salt and pepper which was great. Amazing shower, everything thing about this property was great. A big outdoor private courtyard to listen to the birds!!

The cottage was perfect. Fresh, clean and lovely little touches to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Loved their were lots of dishes, laundry (should we need it), lots of pillows on the comfy beds and fluffy towels! Quiet location only a few minutes from local restaurants and shops.

Comfortable lodge in easy reach of Paihia Harbour. Great view from the balcony and came with BBQ, lots of tea and coffee, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. bright and comfortable rooms with great finish.could. Park directly outside and it was in a quiet location. We stayed for 3 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. It was also really good value for money.
