New apartment, very clean, with nice furniture and equipment. Staff was kind, they also surprised us with champagne on birthday. Breakfast was also delicious. Apartment is close to tram station, so you are in Amsterdam central in 30min. I would highly recommend Cityden Stadshart. 👍

Our stay at Cityden Zuidas met our expectations. The apartment was equipped exactly as described by the host. We were pleased with the coffee capsules, tea, and the dishwashing set. We appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the reception staff. We also used the parking option. To get to the city center, we used the metro and trams, which are reliable and convenient. The apartment was clean, pleasantly scented, and perfectly sufficient for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

the location was great - whilst the hotel isn't in central Amsterdam, it was in a lovely suburban area, which was close to the university (ideal as we were going to a conference there) - and only a short bus ride away to/from the airport/central town etc.. The hotel staff offered lots of useful services (bike hire, recommendations etc.).

Location is good. Tram station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and there is also a medium size mall within 15 mins walk. The apartment we booked was very clean! The bed is comfy too (had a few nights’ of good sleep)!

Staffs were very friendly and kind. Location is also very close to the tram station which will take you to the city center in around 30mins. Room was very clean with complete basic amenities.
