The decor and neatness of the place is second to none. The place is spacious, located in a very quiet and secure estate. I like the fact that I have access to everything in the house and the bed is comfortable and cozy. It’s close to so many amenities. A great place for holiday seasons and business trips.

I recently stayed at SEGXYCOLD VALLEY OASIS and had a mostly positive experience. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, well equipped kitchen and located in a convenient area close to the lounge and restaurant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth because of the host flexibility. The host/management was responsive and helpful. Very accommodating! The airport journey was smooth without issues and didn't take long at all. The security personnel was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area. The cleaning team was active and made the place spot clean 👌. I meant spot clean because I inspected the place as I always do. The price was absolutely a bargain.. nothing less than value for money. The WiFi was very strong and was able to catch up on some series. This is a place where I will definitely stay again. Well done to everyone for making 👏 my stay a nice one.

The property is in a serene area of Magodo Phase 2. Very neat and clean. It had everything I needed. I was able to chill and relax, which was what I wanted. Quite accessible too. Dayo Abass is the perfect host. He checked up on me and made sure I was comfortable. The caretaker too was quite helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

The staff members were all well trained. I believe that they have been all mandated not to beg customers for money, which is a very good thing, because such behavior is well rampant in other hotels. So, I give them 10/10 in terms of customer satisfaction and respect to fellow humans, as we are actually seen as customers and not as ATM Overnight Stayers. Breakfast 10/10 as they have variety of food to choose from, both heavy food from pap to quicker oat to fried yam, boiled yam, egg source, rice, noodles, lipton tea, green tea, etc.... You name it, their breakfast is serious grade 1. The location is alright, I mean, you can expect anything much from Ikeja Airport area, but it is a 10 to 15mins working distance to some amenities such as MTN, Banks, some food companies and small chops companies, but you need to spend time outside to know where those shops are for you to be able to utilize them during your stay. All in all, they have a working government in this hotel, the management is really looking after this hotel and making sure that things are working smoothly. So, kudos on the management team. Well Done!!!! I will definitely stay here again, when I come back, or if I don't it means that I decided to stay at my father's house in Victoria Island. I will give my second review of my stay number 2 in a few minutes.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Homes in Egbeda. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed, with easy access to shops, transport, and local spots, yet tucked away in a quiet gated estate with 24hrs security. One thing I really appreciated was the sense of security. The premises felt safe and well-managed, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. There was 24hrs electricity and the property manager was super helpful and responsive when ever we had inquires. The apartment was well equipped with all necessary amenities, the beds were comfortable and the environment overall was clean and well-kept. The staff were polite and helpful when needed, and everything worked as expected. If you’re looking for a convenient and secure place to stay in Egbeda, I’d definitely recommend Comfort Homes. Solid experience!
