We loved everything – the hotel is an oasis in the center of town. The garden with the pool, fountain and trees is absolutely beautiful! The room is spacious and so comfortable. We slept very well. AC works great. Shower is big. Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing remarkable but we liked it. The quality of the stay for the price was amazing. Highly recommend.

Erik and his girlfriend were great hosts. The location was great - walking distance to most things, rooms were spacious, comfortable & well decorated. The property in the inside (courtyard seating area etc) was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was amazing, and well worth it!

Everything was great during our stay. The family who runs the place is very kind and welcoming — they even looked after my dog so we could visit the cenote for an hour, and they sent me videos to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with its own bathroom and AC. There was plenty of space for us and our things. We arrived by car, I’m not sure how practical the location is without a car, as it’s a little outside the centre, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price, a warm atmosphere, and everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage on Sunday for a few hours. We would definitely return!

Honestly great stay! Staff was nice, they don't have 24h reception but you can WhatsApp them if you need anything and they will help you straight away. Spacious bathroom and nice beds. Only thing is its a little bit further to walk, but thats okay.

Perfect little hotel for our two nights in Valladolid - lovely location opposite the convent and at the end of the pretty Frailes street. We had two big rooms, nice beds, very clean, large jacuzzi bath in one room to thrill my teenage daughters! The manager David was an absolute star - so helpful and hard working and giving us recommendations for dinner etc. Breakfast was simple but nice.

All staff in the hotel were exceptional in helping me throughout every part of our stay, from check in, the daily breakfasts and check out. In particular, David and Yuli went above and beyond to help us multiple times throughout the trip and we thank them for making our trip to Valladolid to fun. The room / bathroom was spotless with daily cleaning. and the location of the hotel is perfect, immediately in front of a nice square where we hang out a few times and then a short 10 min walk from the ADO station and the main square.
