The place was very new, well equipped, super clean and price very competitive. Location is at the border of Tulum but very well accessible by car. The staff was very welcoming and friendly during the whole stay which is a big plus!

The property was beautiful, the surrounding were quiet and chill. We loved the space that we had. The location was good enough, we have a small child so we did most of it by car but you could easily walk to the main street and see plenty of restaurant options. The owner was very helpful and whatsapp contact was easy.

This place is great, quiet , very clean , space to self. Lovely roof terrace. The host is the best I have ever experienced, so attentive and friendly. She is 20 and has rented this whole building herself, making a real go of life! And it shows in her care, she really gives her all to it. I so hope this young lady makes a success of this venture as she does such a good job and deserves it. I’m sure you will be very happy you supported her by booking this place

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! 🌿 The whole location in the middle of the jungle is just stunning – especially the natural pool with cenote water was a real highlight. Everything is beautifully decorated, and you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell he’s not doing this for the money, but because he genuinely enjoys meeting people. It’s easy to have great conversations with him – he has so many interesting stories to share. And the food … simply perfect! 😋 It was honestly the best meal we’ve had on our trip.
