The host couldn't do enough to help and was welcoming , the place was very modern and the bed was super comfy with all that was needed even with a massive tv too. Buses, are across the street, a small convenience store , massive shopping centre close by.The Communication was amazing and very quick.

We had such a lovely stay here. Sadly, we only stayed one night, but it was a really great experience. Isaac, the manager, and the other guys were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. We even had some great conversations about traveling in other countries. The place was very clean, the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, and the bathroom looked great. If you’re in Cancún, this is a place I totally recommend. It’s located in a residential area, so if you’re traveling by car like us, you can feel confident your car is totally safe at night. Isaac, thank you for the warm welcome, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice rooftop room with spacious outdoor seating. We got to use the common fridge. Easygoing host. We can park our car next to the house in a guarded condo area. 15 mins walking to Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, super convenient. Restaurants and beach just right in front.
