We arrived with a nice welcome mocktail, all the staff was amazing and very helpful ! The room was incredible, as well at the view, the room was so clean and comfy, the breakfast and dinner was amazing the food is really good quality and the service 10/10. All the personal is so invest and so nice we had the chance to live few local experiences with them! It was so calm and relaxing with this huge view on sea ! The experience we had at the hotel was just perfect we recommend 100% and will be back definitely

I had an incredible stay at Ocean Terraces, located right on the beach with stunning views. The penthouse is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a rooftop jacuzzi. Dining options are just a short walk away. Special thanks to Nathanielle and Avissen for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend for a luxurious beachfront experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Post Lafayette, Mauritius. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The booking process was effortless, thanks to the exceptional agent, Nathanielle. She was incredibly helpful and proactive, making the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was outstanding—I would often receive updates or answers to questions before even asking. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, which added so much to the overall experience. We arrived a bit late, but everything was perfectly arranged. As promised, the security team was expecting us, and retrieving the keys from the secure lockbox (combination provided beforehand) was straightforward. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with goodies like bread, honey, tea, coffee sachets, biscuits, and milk. Such a lovely touch! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning (a must in Mauritius!). Each bedroom, as well as the living area, has its own balcony with comfortable seating, and the view of the ocean from the living room balcony is simply breathtaking. The direct beach access was another highlight that made our stay extra special. Daily housekeeping service added to the convenience, and the availability of dishwasher and washing machine pods was a thoughtful detail. The security personnel were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For transportation, we highly recommend using the Yugo app for taxis—it’s reliable and efficient. Nearby restaurants offer delivery, and all the essential information about the apartment, local services, and dining options is conveniently compiled in a booklet on the dining table. This apartment truly provided a perfect getaway, and we can’t recommend it enough.

It is a very good place to stay. We liked it very much and we had a great time here. There are many things to see and Meema is a very good host. She also gives information about many things. The host is also a famous singer. He is called Guruji and he teaches many children about Tabla and music. He himself lives in South Africa, but his house is here. It was very nice to meet everyone and it felt like home. That is why we liked this place very much. We want other people to come and stay here too.

Beautiful Villa as on the pictures. The host is very friendly, easy check-in and Check-out. You can talk about an early Check-in as well. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine, TV and AC's. Several showers and toilets. Beautiful view on the lake. Pool is very clean and lights up in the evening. You'll get towels, basic spices for cooking. Big fridge & freezer. Car can be parked inside the gate. Perfect accomodation for more people but alao affordable for two. 10/10 would stay there again:)

General: Exceptional hotel! For our joint family of 9 we've got 5 double rooms with garden view, close to one another - the rooms are always clean, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. They were pretty well sound-proof and air conditioner was quiet. Regardless which room you take - the garden view is great from each corner, very exotic. Food: At each meal there's always big choice of meat/fish/veggie/vegan options, to any taste, grilled, steamed, cooked. Fruits were plenty and fresh, desserts of any kind - tartes, soufflé, ice cream, pancakes, jams. Many options of wines and cocktails, rum. The 2 restaurants, besides the one with buffet, are very fine - you should definitely go there too! Activities: The location on Mauritius is much more quiet and relaxed than in the north/west, the nearby beach is both good for swimming and snorkeling (lots of fish in the northern part). The staff also brings cold drinks in a cart right there. The beach is safe and guarded (not that it was ever needed). The hotel offers many free activities each day - boat tours, yoga & pilates on the beach, games (pool, darts, table tennis, beach football), weekly live music & dance shows. Weddings: we were travelling for our wedding, but booked the rooms before knowing that the hotel offers several wedding packages. The managers have promptly helped us organize everything we could have dreamed about! The places at the beach and in hotel's gardens are perfect for ceremony and photos, the arch and flowers could be decorated with flowers of any choice. The organizers Reena and Avinesh were very kind and attentive to our needs, made us many suprises and gifts, that realy made the day most special (many thanks!). They also offered a photographer that was really professional, and we received all pictures after just 3 days and a unique album!

Place was very clean and looked like newely furnished. Loved the view from the second bedroom - opened the curtains right into a palmtree, felt like staying in the middle of the jungle, very cool! Location suited well for us - not too busy, close to nature, plus a beautiful beach and a few restaurants were nearby.

Anwar was amazing. For me personally Poste Lafayette was not the ideal location due to the lack of pedestrian accessible shops etc, but the hosts helped me immensely by showing the nearest mall and offering friendly and useful advice.
