It is quite unusual to visit a place which is much more than just a very good place with good service. I do not have enough words to describe my satisfaction and gratitude to all the great people working in Westin Turtle Bay. They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I can't mention by name all the great people who put a lot of effort in our time there, but I have to mention about Ms. Madelyn, Ms. Venisha and Ms. Partisha - thank you among all the others. From the arrival to the stay, everything has been impeccable. The room was beautiful, the view was to die for! The service was perfect, especially the professionalism. The warm welcome and kindness of Mr Kevin, the front desk manager was exceptional. I felt i had a staff member dedicated to me personally. He deserves a bouquet of flowers. May Intercontinental Hotels train their employees using him as a model. My thanks to all the other lovely staff as well.

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. I had such a marvelous time I extended my stay another night. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive.
