I really loved staying at this place. The room was very big and clean, with a comfortable bed. The shower was really good, warm and with good pressure. There is a lot of space in the bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was good. The restaurant also has really great food (varanga and foie gras both exceptional). Finally, location is really good – a few minutes’ walk to the city centre and the intercity bus station.

Reception staff were very kind and welcomed me with a smile. I was very grateful for her concern for my safe and comfortable trip, as one of them told me where to take taxi-brousse. It was also great to be able to take a warm shower.

We've spent 1 night at Excellentia. What stood out for me and my girlfriend was how amazing and professional the staff at Excellentia welcomed us even though we hadn't booked beforehand. On our request for breakfast in the morning, they made sure a member of staff is on site to meet our early departure time and that breakfast is served on time. A special thanks goes to Enok/Enuk for making our day with an abundantly prepared breakfast and her sweet manners.
