Amazing location in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, surrounded by mountains and the seaside. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the gym, which is one of the most spacious I’ve seen with natural light coming in from everywhere. I love SIRO’s lifestyle concept with breakout areas for hanging out, working, conversing, an open kitchen with indoor/outdoor areas. To walk out into the square where there is an array of shops and a grocery store and even a rock climbing wall is amazing. And just one step away from the port. The rooftop wasn’t complete, but I took a people and the views and atmosphere are amazing. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra delightful. I had lunch at the restaurant which had the perfect blend of local and healthy cuisine. Definitely a place I can’t wait to return to.

We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning Superior Suite with a breathtaking sea view—an incredibly spacious two-bedroom apartment. As it was my birthday, I was surprised with a delicious cake delivered straight to our suite, which made the occasion even more special. The staff's warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond—we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect was remarkable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight—absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful person who served us. This was the most amazing experience ever . Do spoil yourself and stay at this wonderful place !

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. There is a small river next to the house, which creates a nice atmosphere around, birds sing at night. The city center and the embankment are 10 minutes walk away. The hostess was very kind and provided me with a coffee machine. I had a nice time in this house. Thank you 🙌🏻

Thoughtful kind host. This is our third time spraying. Irena remembered that last time I requested green teabags. Excellent location with dedicated parking. Near to shops and many restaurants. We stayed in the large apartment this time with views over the little marina. Washing machine is good to have when you travel a long way.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. The place was spotless and within walking distance to almost everything in Tivat. The parking spot was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal, serving as a perfect middle point between the southern beaches and Kotor/Perast. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. The beach and pool access were wonderful bonuses. The fast and stable WiFi (~400 Mbps) was perfect for our remote work needs. The location is ideal, with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a few meters away, plus a great walking path by the sea. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it.
