Lovely warm welcome, its a beautiful building with stunning decor and homely feel. secure parking off the street, generous delicous breakfast & a comfortable bed. The rooms are lovely and spacious with hot shower and was spotless. Balcony and plenty of seating options around the property. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay, we hope to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in the old medina of Tétouan. The place itself is truly magnificent – full of charm, authentic details, and a peaceful atmosphere. Jawad and his wife are amazing hosts – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made me feel at home, and Jawad is also a great guide who showed me the real spirit of Tétouan. The staff is amazing! It has been one of my best experiences in another country, thanks to then. Each one of the members are the most amazing people that represents the country as it is: the most welcome people in the world. Loved that everything was always clean, and everything always was available as you need it. It's a little bit hard to find at first because it's kind into the medina but they are so nice and they go to get you, so there is no problem at all. Just to say, best quality-price ever. It was the most beautiful riad we stayed during the trip. The interior was stunning and grand. Room was really big with high ceiling and was well- equipped too. Madili (not sure how to spell his name, really sorry! ) was so helpful and sweet. We only stayed for one night and will stay there again if we go back to Tetouan.

The owner told me it was a new project and welcomed my suggestions. It is in a good central location, the staff were very nice and friendly. The room and the bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfy.

This riad is brand new. It has opened in July 2024. Very nice place. The location is in the heart of the medina. The room is very clean, everything was new. Aymen and Mohammed, the owners, are very kind and very helpful. We felt very safe in this place. Thank you for your help !! We will come back for sure if we are in Tetouan again :)

Really affordable single private room, shared bathrooms and showers but cleaned so frequently that it feels like a private shower. The staff was really sweet two women welcomed me with great smiles. The location could not be better you are right in the center as soon as you go out the door :) book without hesitation !

The location was good and nice local cheap places to eat close by. The view was beautiful until the decided to close off the terrace. (To the host again) I do wish you the best of luck in the future, your business has potential but needs improvements

The location is perfect. It is very close to both bus station and Madina. And the whole hostel looks very luxury as it is very expensive, but it is very cheap. And people working there helps a lot. 10/10 experince for me.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the location was very good right next to the tannery,cheap food outlets and little shops, also right around the corner from the main square! The view from the terrace is unbeatable, absolutely stunning! The riad is beautiful and very clean, and breakfast is great! We had dinner one night in the riad of Couscous and tajine and it was amazing and a great price. They looked after us well :-) thank you!!!

This location is ideal for those traveling light with backpacks and seeking a traditional riad experience rather than a typical Western-style hotel. The riad is in situated in the old Medina, the staff was exceptionally helpful during the check-in process.
