Staying here was a highlight of our trip, we stayed on the way from Marrakesh to Ouzarzate. The Kasbah is an old family home, much cherished and loved, situated in a small working village with no other obvious tourism. Our host was a warm and sophisticated man, gracious with his hospitality. We were with our 2 teenage boys and had a lovely walk in the evening to and around neighbouring villages, including a quick football kick-about with some children. The interiors are simple, charming and very comfortable. We had a delicious home-cooked supper served by our host and enjoyed breakfast to set us on our way. We can highly recommend a stay here for a flavour of village-life.

Lovely riad, highly recommended, great location, comfortable. The last few kilometers of the road are demanding; 4x4 required. Recommend arriving during the day. We'll definitely be back one day!

Monsieur Josi was the best host, delicious food, and Tea. Was very kind with all details. Everything was clean and neat. The hot shower was awesome. The bed super comfy and warm. The breakfast delicious. Would want to return here with my family as I was bike packing.

A very nice guest house with a beautiful terrace overseeing the valley, clean and cozy. The location itself is magnificent and the host was great as well. He took the time to guide us through the surrounding area, showed us not so obvious places and answered all our curious questions regarding Morocco and everything else. It is a family-run business and everything is done very well with great attention to detail. Cannot recommend enough.

We had the most fantastic time at Maison d'Hotes Irocha, and even decided to book another night there on our way back to Marrakesh. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel relaxed immediately! Each and every corner of the place is thoughtfully and uniquely designed, with lots of charm and cozy corners. The terrace gives you an open view over the valley and Atlas mountains! The food is also very tasty and there are a couple easy hikes and walks you can enjoy near by. We would go back anytime, this place truly was a highlight in our trip. Thank you for the warm hospitality and attention to details! All the best.

This was my favourite place in my entire Morocco trip! Mr Lahcen is genuinely kind and generous. I informed him of my arrival time (night) and he was waiting for me, greeted with a lovely pot of delicious tea and peanuts and even orange juice. The breakfast was the best I had, delicious Berber omelette with lots of espresso coffee! The room is really amazing, so so comfy, beds and blankets are soft and warm, super clean, nice bathroom and hot shower but best of all was the balcony and terraces, the view of the valley is so beautiful with the stars and the moon and the sound of the river. I loved it here, I will return!
