The hospitality at this guesthouse was exceptional. Aya was incredibly kind, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. A heartfelt thank you for the delicious homemade breakfasts. The hosts’ attention to detail and availability were outstanding. The breakfast was not only excellent but also very generous. The value for money is unbeatable. The service Mohamed provided was out of this world, very nice personel very friendly owner and his wife. I've booked smaller room but they offered me a bigger one in the same price, as they didn't have much guests at that time, that was very kind and unexpected surprise. Room was very comfortable and clean, they provided everything: toilet paper, towels, shampoo, shower gel and even the hairdryer. Mohamed was very friendly and gave me a lot of worthy tips, of course he offered an awesome tea at the beginning, recommend where to eat and what to see. He offered his help with printing my board pass when I didn't even know that would be needed. Breakfast was served very quickly and it was amazing and very varied. Location is very good if you want to see whole Medina, this is the right place. Highly recommend!

We went for a short weekend trip to Fes with our two small children. It was great with all the help to and from the Riad, especially since we had late flights. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable and at peace while admiring this beautiful place. The breakfast is excellent with a nice rooftop view. They speak also excellent English, so this is a great place if you've never been to Morocco before. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Riad in Fes, Morocco, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The experience was truly enchanting, with the Riad’s stunning architecture and serene ambiance providing a perfect oasis of tranquility. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Each member was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. I would like to give special mention to Mohamed, whose exceptional service and friendly attitude made me feel genuinely at home. His dedication and warmth truly enhanced my experience. The staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. They also have a cool cafe downstairs where they serve Moroccan dishes with a modern twist. Very affordable prices. The rooms were good and very clean, but don't expect anything fancy. The location was also very good, it's not right in the Medina itself, but right next to the main entrance gate (which means that it's accessible by car).

This Riad is located in an amazing central location, I arrived late but Aziz picked me up from the blue gate , he made me feel at home in this beautiful gem . The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. He booked a full day guided tour ( Rachid )for me and also suggested where I can eat ( delicious food and cheap) . The bed was comfy and the room wad very clean and spacious . There is a nice view from the roof top to the old city not to miss

Great location in the heart of old medina. Most helpful staff you could wish for, Reda improved our first impression of Fez, made us wellcome mint tea, and made great reccomendations for restaurant and spots to visit, even helped us with printing boarding passrs and organizing cheaper transport to airport then usual, always smiling and available to talk about anything, he was trully the highlight of our trip to Fes. Good rooms with nice details, very clean and mainteined daily, very comfortable beds. Highly reccomended.
