The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

We stayed here for two nights and the whole experience was amazing — from the moment we booked the room until we departed. Communication was great, check-in was smooth, and they even picked us up from the parking area! Riding the real scooter around was such a fun touch. We 100% recommend this place!

The apartment was excellent very clean and comfortable. It is well located, close to everything, and in a quiet neighborhood. The shower had hot water and the service was of high quality. This riad is located in the heart of the Medina. We're close to a taxi stand, so we can easily access the surrounding area. Activities and excursions are offered right at the riad. The breakfast is locally sourced and very generous, making it a great place to start the day. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Maryam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the culture and way of life to us and answered all our questions!

The staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. They also have a cool cafe downstairs where they serve Moroccan dishes with a modern twist. Very affordable prices. The rooms were good and very clean, but don't expect anything fancy. The location was also very good, it's not right in the Medina itself, but right next to the main entrance gate (which means that it's accessible by car).

This Riad is located in an amazing central location, I arrived late but Aziz picked me up from the blue gate , he made me feel at home in this beautiful gem . The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. He booked a full day guided tour ( Rachid )for me and also suggested where I can eat ( delicious food and cheap) . The bed was comfy and the room wad very clean and spacious . There is a nice view from the roof top to the old city not to miss

Great location in the heart of old medina. Most helpful staff you could wish for, Reda improved our first impression of Fez, made us wellcome mint tea, and made great reccomendations for restaurant and spots to visit, even helped us with printing boarding passrs and organizing cheaper transport to airport then usual, always smiling and available to talk about anything, he was trully the highlight of our trip to Fes. Good rooms with nice details, very clean and mainteined daily, very comfortable beds. Highly reccomended.
