We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!

The place is exceptional and Samir, our receptionalist was the highlight of our stay. The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is amazing. The location is superb. And what can I say about Samir, he is very kind and very helpful person. He received us with smile and answered all our questions with so much patience. My friend wanted to get a haircut and he literally dropped him in front of barber shop at 12:00 am in night which was truly worth the praise. Overall great accomodation and breakfast and I highly recommend them

Customer service is great! Our host was so nice and polite and helpful! Room was perfect, nice toilet, which is not something you'd get often in Morocco. Great location. Our host helped us with suggesting great places to visit, as well as nice spa, even took us there through some shortcuts of the city, as it's easy to get lost. He even prepared us takeout breakfast for next day for our long trip to Marrakech. It was very nice of him! Comfortable bed with ton of pillows.

The riad was located in medina very close to main sights. Owner of the riad was very helpful and hospitable, as well as the receptionist - they always helped us with our issues, for example the last night when we realized we have to print our boarding passes. We also had very tasty breakfasts made by their amazing housekeeper Marian. The room was very comfortable and big, with huge comfortable beds, so we slept very well. It was also possible to sit on the roof of riad, where it is amazing view of the city. I strongly recommend this riad, especially because of hospitability of all the staff. We will definitely come back in the future :)
