The location is great. The staff are very friendly. The owner is very welcoming and willing to assist with any queries. Comfortable set up is provided with all necessary facilities to aid for the duration of the stay. I enjoyed having access to the gym and pool, which was just on my floor, so a minute's walk away was very convenient.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. I stayed 7 days for academic purposes. Really calm and quiet place, ideal for studying. It's not just comfortable and calm, but also incredibly safe. Few minutes to Colombo and walking distance to Rajagiriya Gothama Thapowanaya. The host is very much friendly & really helpful gentleman. One of the best places I've experienced in Colombo. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and secure stay for a reasonable price.

When we first went, Mr. Mohan welcomed us with a smile. He was very polite. Even though we stayed at home, we had the comfort of a hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The rooms have air conditioning. special refrigerator. We had breakfast together and chatted. The pool was great fun. It was a very nice experience for me. It was my best 5 days in Colombo. If I come again I will meet Mr. Mohan again.

From the neat & tidy comfortable premises to the absolute in hospitality by the in-house host Mr Mohan Lal, it was a marvellous stay, being my first visit to Sri Lanka. Can't say enough of the most delicous homemade organic breakfasts, guidance to many tourist spots & social venues. Very highly recommended for those who seek a homely, highly affordable alternative to hotels, motels that simply cannot offer this level of highly personal care for visitors. Definitely 10/10.

Good location I walked from the migration department, it’s not far. The hotel has late check-in, a towel in the room, drinking water. There is a large kitchen and you can cook food.

Great host. Really helpful in nature, peaceful location, a bit farther away from main attraction area of Colombo, a bike/scooter/tuk tuk/bus needed for commuting between Galle face, Pettah, Fort area. Great budget option. Really homestay like feeling, finally stayed there for more than one instances, the owner became a friend, still in connection with her. Without a word she agreed to keep our luggage when we were out of Colombo for further journey. Would like to repeat the same option of staying here.

Shiranthi is a lovely host. She gave us a lot of useful information and made us tea every morning. The location is a little outside of Colombo but reachable very easily and cheap by local bus. It felt like home for 3 nights. We would definitely recommend
