At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I have visited this villa on 31st of January.I'm happy to say that this hotel give us a good experience and prices are very fair.The location is very near to the town and easy to find.Also rooms are comfortable and very clean.also they have very big garden and it fill up with calming vibe.They provide us a very good breakfast.Specially I wanted to thanks to the hotel staff. The owner is really doing everything to make you feel comfortable. You can speak with her more or less anytime and she will take time to answer all your questions. I really appreciated how she adjusted to my needs and offered me a room which was perfect for me. Her son was also very supportive and even drove me to the immigration centre early in the morning. Both of them were really helpful. Thank you very much! If you are a dog lover, ask if you can play with their really sweet golden retriever (you might not see him, as he is most of the time on the backyard of the building). If you are strong enough, ask if you can take him for a walk. He will be very grateful for that.
