Great location, close to the airport. Don was the best host! He collected us from the airport and was very patient about delays caused by the bad weather. Despite power outages across the area he still made us a lovely breakfast and ensured we got where we needed to go. Highly recommend!

For what we were seeking as a place to relax after our flight this was ideal. They were available for alate night check-in and the room and amenity were excellent. The common area and overlooking the beach was a beautiful vista.

Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.
