We had a wonderful stay at Avila Nilaveli Beach. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made the heat feel like a distant memory. The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful Nilaveli Beach, which was so convenient for daily visits. What really stood out, though, was the flexibility of the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, adjusting breakfast times to fit with our activities. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

The location is fantastic - how special to open the door to your room straight onto the sand. The staff are lovely. No air conditioning or hot water but you don’t need either with the ocean right there and a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

Diin and the rest of the staff are really friendly, funny and beautiful people. They gave us some good advices about the area and made our stay the best as possible every day. loved everything!!! one of our favorite stays (if not the favorite!) in sri lanka in 3 weeks! 1. the hotel is new, the rooms are pleasant and clean. we had everything needed. it’s close to the beach and to some very good restaurants. there’s also a supermarket in the walking distance. 2. Vasee, David and the team were amazing! genuinely helpful and professional. they made our stay very enjoyable! 3. the breakfasts were delicious! we didn’t want to leave…!
