Nice homestay located away from touristic rush. Anything I need was provided after my request (extra bed sheet, electric kettle). There is a table and a big standing mirror in the room which I liked. Guest can use the fridge and the washing machine.

Very nice house with a stunning garden. Everything is brand new and the host is very polite. All amenities were explained to us and a scooter was available, which we then rented. Nothing is left to be desired here!!! For breakfast there was a delicious fruit salad with yoghurt and coffee at our request. We particularly liked the fact that we had a garden where we could spend our time without noise and spectators and it really is a maximum of 4 minutes walk to the surf spot!!! An absolute insider tip... the best experience on our entire Sri Lanka tour.

Bhanuka and his family are amazing hosts. The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa, with a private entry. The place features a spacious bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace with a nice view of the garden. It’s perfect for both short and long stays. Really calming and communal atmosphere. The owner Max has a great taste of music on the speaker. He is also very helpful and kind. The food is amazing, and the location is very convenient if you wanna surf, but is still nicely tucked away from the main road.

Samee's place is beautiful, very clean and peaceful. Located on the first floor, you get a nice breeze during the day. The ceiling fan is very good so it's not hot a night and you sleep well. The bed is very comfortable and massive! The kitchen is great and the fridge is big and very clean. Internet works perfectly well. Samee the owner was always available to help us, recommended nice place to eat ect...the beach is less than 5mns walk! This place is a little gem!

I had a lovely staying at this place. The charming family was very hospitable and friendly to me. The breakfast included in the price is delicious. The rooms are on the second floor with balcony and with the entrance door opened it comes fresh wind so I didn't need the ventilator. The place is very calm with views to a wonderful garden. Big clean room with fan and private bathroom. Basic but good enough for the really cheap price !!! Nice little breakfast in the morning, host will help you with whatever you need, he also as a tuk tuk if you need and do fair price as well :) Perfect location if you are a surfer, with great surf spots and also restaurants nearby. It's on the main road so it gets busy and noisy during the day but very quiet at night !!! And most of the time you will probably be at the beach so who cares ? :)

We spent two weeks here, and it was one of the best accommodation during a month long sri lanka trip. It is an ideal location if you want to be away from the noise but close to the surf locations such as Weligama or Ahangama. Reasonable price, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, there was always someone around if anything was needed (laundry , scooter rental or airport pickup) The host was responsive, the family running the place were super kind and helpful. Highly recommend to stay here! :)

This newly built accommodation was both comfortably and very clean. The location is great – just a few minutes walk from the centre of Midigama – and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay, helping us with everything from dinner to laundry (both of which were very affordable). Hope to return!
