Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

A very beautiful & serene location. A private oasis encouraging bliss! Genuine smiles & conversation with staff made this stay personal. The food was good. Food was made for us even on the chef’s night off and it was delicious! The most outstanding thing about Il Frangipane, besides the wonderful blue tiled pool, was the attentiveness of the staff. Genuinely nice.

Eventhough this property is listed in the (2021) lonely planet, it or its owner havent lost any of their charm. Flawless place with clean rooms, a decent breakfast and a superb host. Both rocks can be reached by foot and there are plenty of food optins in the area. We would come again for sure.
