Great accommodation with a beautiful lake view! A big shout-out to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and more than enough. We even had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and it was exceptional. The only minor thing is the traffic noise coming from the main street, but it’s ok if you’re not noise-sensitive.

Our stay at Galkaduwa360 Villa was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, our host, Susantha, made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. On our departure day, he even drove us to the train station and helped us get there just in time to catch our train – a lifesaver!!! The views from the villa are stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The dinner was another highlight. Susantha prepared a delicious meal for us that wasn’t spicy, which was much appreciated as we found most food in Sri Lanka to be a bit too spicy for our taste. We highly recommend Galkaduwa360 Villa and want to thank Susantha for his outstanding hospitality. We would definitely return!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted not just as guests, but truly as friends. The warmth and hospitality of Sudesh’s family made this one of the most memorable stays of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious – all home-cooked meals prepared with love by the owner’s family, and every bite felt like a taste of authentic Sri Lankan home life. The guesthouse is located a little outside the busy town of Kandy, which turned out to be a big plus – peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!), and we would return in a heartbeat.
