I absolutely loved this small hotel! It’s simple, but its location right by the beach makes it truly special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the ocean view was amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our host Sashi was so friendly and welcoming. Every day, we were treated to a different delicious breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Plus, we could always count on Sashi for help—such a kind and attentive person! This hotel is a true hidden gem by the beach. Highly recommended! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Sea Turtles Bungalow in Iduruwa. The property has a beautiful colonial-style charm with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay very comfortable. They also have a really good spa which was very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Iduruwa Beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway

The accommodation was perfect. There was nothing to complain about. The rooms were very high-quality, very clean and well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and served on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The host was very kind and attentive. The staff member Mahil is the nicest person we met in Sri Lanka and always provided excellent service! Overall, it was a 10/10, and the price-performance ratio is great. We would gladly come again—clear recommendation!

We arrived at villa janaliya and the owners told us the room was double booked but they could arrange something. We were given a room at the other hotel they are running so actually this is a review on blue saffire resort. We were stunned by the beauty luxury and comfort of the hotel. It has an amazing pool, dreamy clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly staff who Will make sure youre not short on anything. Unfortunatly we could only stay for one night but it was a great one. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautifull place.

Had a really lovely , quiet 4 night stay here. The family are lovely , the lady is a great cook ,( we are vegetarian)massive breakfasts!) I'd hurt my wrist prior to arrival and they helped with that too, a bandage and assistance from their neighbour( thanks moyra) They are kind and honest people . Garden is nice for hanging out in too, with birds, chipmunks and a resident ginger mongoose ! .beach is just 5 min walk away ( go through at sea view restaurant) Nice comfy bed with Airton and a fan. I travel to Sri Lanka very often because it is my favourite destination, and this is my first visit to Villa Sidu. For me without doubt one of the best places that I have ever stayed in Sri Lanka. In Villa Sidu you are guaranteed the best Sri Lankan hospitality. It is owned and run by Himali, her husband Janaka, and also supported by daughter and son. It is a family orientated place to relax and enjoy. This family go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoy. Always willing to help and guide you to enjoy the surroundings. This accommodation is in Induruwa, and it is a peaceful village between the busy tourist hotspots Bentota and Hikkaduwa. Beautiful spacious, clean rooms with a balcony if you are on a top floor. There are AC rooms and well as non AC. Breakfast is also included, it is one of the finest breakfast to enjoy. If you like why not speak to Himali or Janaka and enjoy Sri Lanka’s tasty rice and curry. Don’t take my word, just try it. If you are looking for the Indian Ocean, look not far, it is just meters away from Villa Sidu. We like Villa Sidu so much, after an exhausting tour round Sri Lanka, we came back to Villa Sidu to enjoy and relax. We take this opportunity to thank Himali, Janaka and family for making our holiday comfortable than we expected. In our opinion Villa Sidu is a hidden Gem in Sri Lanka. Villa Sidu is not expensive at all.

The staff were incredible, going out of their way to ensure we had a great time and everything we wanted. Property is a bit of a walk from the beach, with a rural outlook. But our hosts drove us where we wanted via tuktuk so it was no hassle. Peaceful and quiet where you can see buffalo, monkeys, fish eagles etc. Nice pool that the kids loved.

We were warmly welcomed, with the traditional coconut drink, after a long drive and this place is fabulous in every way! We experienced quick response from the owner Suminda on our questions. It’s like a boutique hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, superb beds and the duty manager Krishan is amazing in his service. They offer a wide selection of food but with your own full-equipped kitchen you can make your own meals. The pool is relaxing with comfortable sun-beds, placed in the garden with a wonderful view at the nature., a quiet location and only 1 km from a beautiful beach with restaurants and bars. Transport can be provided if needed. We loved the veranda, overlooking nature with an abundance of birds, squirrels and even some monkeys (on a safe distant).

If we had not already planned our next hotel (road trip) we wouldhave stayed longer!. It‘s a little oasis, with so much kind attentive staff and amazing food, and incredibly clean pool. But the room really blew us away😍 we did not expect the rainfall semi-„outdoor“ shower, this was a beautiful suprise. The beds were very comfortable! Everything was so clean in the room and it smelled amazing. I wish we couldhave stayed longer.
