My stay at the Glima Eco Lodge was an amazing choice and I wished I could spent more time here. Roshani and her husband are such an inspiring and lovely couple. They treat you like you re a part of their family and serve you one of the best food I ever had in my LIFE! The Eco Lodge is so beautiful, it’s very clean and so cozy. The lake is infront of you and you can hear beautiful sounds of birds. The fireplace and the environment is so relaxing and you have the space only for you! Superb! A beautiful place with kind staff. Liked my stay for a few reasons: 1. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the whole place is nicely decorated with hammocks and wooden chairs. The complex resides with the forest and the pool is beautiful. 2. Had the best Sri Lankan dinner of my whole trip - don’t miss it. 3. Manager was beyond helpful with all matters and even helped me upon arrival and offered to pay my taxi driver who didn’t have change. 4. Price is reasonable - Great value for money. Would def recommend

We had a truly wonderful stay! For Sri Lanka, this was exceptionally high-standard accommodation — new, spotlessly clean, and it really gives off hotel vibes. The pool is amazing — large, beautifully maintained, and lit up at night, creating a magical atmosphere. The owner is one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met — always available, incredibly friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. He even accompanied us to the bus stop on our departure day and stopped the bus for us, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for everything — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The hospitality, and privacy are unmatched in this touristy area, two small private bungalows, hidden in the jungle-garden. We had an incredible stay. Leel organised the safari, which was amazing. He knows the park well, doesn't stay in the beginning of the park but drives well in the park to find the best spots! Dinner (curry) was great, Leels wife is an amazing cook! Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The place is very cool and clean! At first the jungle around seems a bit scary, but you r absolutely safe there! The family that has the place is very kind, they show us their beautiful garden. Welcome drinks and breakfast were so nice! Wish them a good luck with their business! Don’t miss this place!

The host is amazing! They help you with everything! Also The rooms are super. Airco and fan + multiple lights. And ofcourse a nice warm shower. We booked a safari tour with them and the driver is also The guide. He has much knowledge of the animals and has eagle eyes so he spots anything you are looking for. 10/10

Great location, very near to udawalawe part entrance, but literally elephants may appear opposite hotel. Evening meal in hotel very good and reasonable price. Pool is a bonus.
