One of the best stays of our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka! Best value for money. The room was spacious and clean, great shower with hot water, and breakfast could be enjoyed on the little veranda every morning. The bed was sooooo comfortable!! Location is a bit out of town which for us was ideal, since we enjoy going on walks and exploring our surroundings. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive, and helped us to rent a scooter, and took us in and out of town when we needed. Sigiriya was just a short ~30min scooter ride away, Dambulla cave temple is just around the corner. For us this was the perfect end to our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you!!

Very wonderful accommodation just outside Dambulla. The boss welcomed us with a drink and looked after us the whole time. The boss met the individual needs of each of us. The breakfasts were plentiful and always with a nice comment about Sri Lankan cuisine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we felt very happy, friendly and safe here.

The location is really nice as it is a bit away from the main toad (5min walk). The hosts are the nicest guys, which were ready to arrange everything we have asked for. They have arranged a safari in Kaudulla and then dropoff at the next hotel we were staying. They prepared us the most delicious curry and rice for dinner. Breakfast was also amazing, Srilankan’s pancakes and roti, fresh fruit and fresh juice. I recommend this hotel to everyone and we were sad that couldn’t stay for more nights.

We had an absolute brilliant stay! The room and surrounding is great, location to Dambulla caves are walking distance (5 min away). The host family is just amazing! Really feels like they give more that 100% to the place - so many great details in the room and the place. We also had an amazing rice and curry for dinner and also got it vegan which was awesome! Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka!

We had a gorgeous time at Ruwan’s place. He is super accommodating, friendly, helpful and nice! The rooms are wonderful, quiet, with amazing views and very comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, dinner can be had there and it’s lovely! Highly recommended :)

We spent 3 nights at the Green jungle and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and extra spacious and so was the bathroom. The 2 rooms for guests are in an independent building with patio and tables for meals and drinks. The service was fantastic. Nothing was too much for Nuan. He has his own tuk tuk so he took us and fetched us from Dambulla cave tempkes and showed us some off the beaten track places. I read about Dambulla itself that it is nothing special as a town, abd was wondering whether it would be better to choose Sigirya as a base. It wouldnt. Dambulla is logistically better and The Green jungle is perfect as the bus stops to/from Sigirya, Polonaruwa, Kandy, Colombo etc are all 100 metres away. The estate is in a jungle setting and you can have fresh coconuts and fruit growing in the property. Also we ended up having dinner in the property by the family every evening as it was delicious and Dambulla town couldnt offer better. Wifi was great. The family was lovely, the service great and it was fantadtic value for money.

Absolutely Fabulous Stay! Liked · This was definitely the best property I could have chosen in my whole trip across Sri Lanka. Not only is this walking distance from the Rock Temple, but is also very close from the main highway, so easy to find. The hospitality is out of this world. Things to highlight: 1. The host proactively reached out for my arrival time and even though it was very late, he stayed up and ensured we had everything comfortably (inc. an extra blanket) before he left. He also helped us with the luggage as the rooms were on the 1st floor. 2. The hospitality is out of this world, the host's wife comes in the morning with freshly prepared breakfast and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD - all possible Sri Lankan dishes including Hoppers, curry, Sambol. 3. The view from the sitting area is superb!!! Trees all around 4. Comfortable and spacious rooms, with all types of basic things available like hair dryer, scissors, etc. 5. Air conditioner and hot water both are available 6. Clean washrooms and comfy beds 7. Private parking inside the property Absolutely loved this property- recommend everyone to stay here!!!!

The location of the farm was excellent, you will find yourself in places you would not come otherwise. Pradeep's place is very well maintained, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and they were quite basic but that's what we wanted. If you are up for more luxury there are four new rooms which are all very modern and super clean! The farm is great and staff super friendly and helpful. It was a great way to get a peek in actual sri lankan culture. Would definitely recommend going here!

The location was ideal for the short stay and the staff were friendly. Was able to arrange day trip to Sigirya and Polonorrua, and Anadhapura. Meals and breakfast were good.

As a local couple we went there on 13th May 2024, Location was very calm and quiet, Bedroom and Bathroom were very clean and new. Air conditioning, television, hot water and hair drier was available there. Food was delicious and the way serve food was eye catching. Owners were very friendly and kind people. Prices were very reasonable. We hope to go there again.

Very clean and comfortable, the staff were smiley and friendly, willing to help where able. The location is ideal for access to the busy centre but far enough away that you don't have the noise that goes with it. The beautiful views made the already enjoyable and filling breakfast, even better. AC and fan worked well!
